The Colca use a 3-layer breathable waterproof fabric to keep your legs dry without getting too sweaty. And the lower sections are made from highly abrasion resistant ballistic Cordura® to reinforce this high wear area.
We’ve always hated walking in baggy gaiters with an elasticated middle and straps dangling everywhere. We’ve designed the Colca with a slightly tapered cut that fits neatly over your calves. This reduces excess fabric so your gaiters don’t get in the way as you walk.
A front Velcro closure makes the Colca easy to put on. And they’re held in place by an adjustable webbing strap. The underfoot strap is made from hard-wearing – bar-tacked for durability – with a stainless steel buckle and lace hook to hold your gaiters in place.
